These exercises are very easy to follow and less strenuous that you do not require an instructor to guide you with these exercises. We have even added some tips that might help you gain a wider perspective about these eye workouts.
In this technological age, almost 80% of the working population are highly dependent on the computer. Most of us work almost 10-14 hours on the computer! Of course, we are prone to eye strains, back pains, muscle cramps and a host of other problems. Therefore, it is very important for us to know, the many different kinds of exercises we can do in order to stay healthy while working long hours on our computers.
